What is Sprezie?
Sprezie is a subscription-based accountability and encouragement service provided by STAR360feedback. It is designed to help individuals stay consistent with their personal goals through structured check-ins and reinforcement.
When you enroll, you provide consent to receive scheduled SMS messages and/or automated voice calls from Sprezie. Communications are sent to subscribed customers and include goal-related reminders, structured check-ins, encouragement prompts, and progress support connected to your active subscription.
Sprezie includes a 14-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, you may choose to continue with one of the following subscription plans:
Momentum Plan – 1 call or text per week for $9.95 per month
Acceleration Plan – 3 calls or texts per week for $19.95 per month
Breakthrough Plan – 7 calls or texts per week for $29.95 per month
Message or call frequency is determined by you as the subscriber and can be adjusted at any time within your account settings.
