Sprezie Helped Me…

I personally use Sprezie to help me get through the tough times. Seven years ago we lost our 4 year old in a freak accident. My depression came back and hit me hard. All my relationships suffered, especially my marriage. Three years ago my wife and daughters left me and did so on April Fools day.. I’m not kidding! I have found it difficult to even survive at times. I did have a failed suicide attempt. I still struggle and continue with therapy. The holidays are the times that cause my the most challenges. I miss my family! Being with the dog doesn’t make up for not being with them on Thanksgiving or Christmas.

I am a good friend with the founder of Sprezie and I reached out and asked him if Sprezie could help me with my sadness. We set up my account and I let my support group/team know that they would be receiving an email from Sprezie asking them to record a supportive message. I reached out to 13 people and 9 people recorded messages for me. Understand that not everyone will want to support you the way you ask. That’s okay. They will support you in their way. There is nothing wrong with any positive support.

I set up Sprezie to contact me at the times I knew were the most difficult for me each day. The calls and text came in and I responded to the short surveys and listened to the messages. I started to anticipate the calls/texts to come in. The emotional lift was extraordinary each time.
